Primary Purpose

In a self-directed role, own and lead the development and submission of complex proposals and direct bids to support the growth of an industry-leading grid controls technology company with the mission to build a renewable, resilient electric grid. The Project Manager will coordinate and produce the proposal response (RFI, RFP, concept paper, direct bid, etc.) whilst assembling a proposal team with the relevant service/product/business knowledge required to win. Responsibilities include the introduction and implementation of all necessary proposal procedures and processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes.
  • Lead pricing for proposals in close coordination with Finance team
  • Regularly monitor and report on new opportunities and sales performance milestones and metrics using a CRM (Dynamics 365), PRM, and other tools.
  • Performs other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, Engineering, or similar field. Required
  • Master’s Degree Business Administration, Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, Engineering, or similar field. Preferred

Experience

  • 5+ Experience in renewable energy, energy storage, advanced controls, utility sectors, or related industry in project/program management, sales/business development, or team management roles. Required
  • Experience coordinating and updating CRM, PRM, and Content Management System. Required

  • Able to operate with a high level of autonomy to complete sales documents (simple bids proposals) in a startup environment Advanced

Primary Purpose

Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects to successfully meet business objectives. May manage third party vendors to ensure value of services as contracted. Works closely with business stakeholders to meet client expectations and deliver maximum value to the business. Coordinates project team members and tasks to oversee quality of project deliverables such as communications and presentations with team members and stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

      • Manage and lead project resources and the inter-dependencies of their activities to meet project objectives in accordance with department guidelines. This may include, but is not limited to, resource planning, tracking schedules, budget reporting, risk analysis, issue management and training.
      • Develop plans to assess and mitigate risk from multiple unknown internal and external sources over long durations and budgets for contingency resources.
      • Lead discussions with stakeholders to develop solutions that delivers company initiatives.
      • Identify, define and track project(s) deliverables and dependencies over long durations with significant change requests.
      • Engage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities using advanced negotiation and communications skills.
      • Utilize well-defined planning and control processes to manage projects across the full life cycle of the project that could range from business analysis to benefits realization.
      • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or related business/technical discipline or equivalent experience. Required
      • Advanced degree is preferred.

Experience

      • More than 10 years of experience in a Project Management discipline. Required
      • Experience in a similar industry or production/service environment. Preferred
      • Prior large Engineering and/or IT project management. Preferred

Primary Purpose

The Senior Software Developer contributes to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of software applications, providing specialized technical or business knowledge. Under the guidance of a Software Team Manager, they collaborate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to define customer requirements and system interfaces, assess available technologies, and develop and present solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

      • Develop software applications and features, supported by well-commented code, unit testing, and integration testing.
      • Perform research into new features or to enhance existing features, document and share findings with other members of the team, and evaluate design trade-offs and other implementation decisions. Contribute to user guides, Wiki articles, white papers, design documents, and other documentation deliverables.
      • Develop and maintain development backlogs, estimate time to complete tasks, collect and analyze business requirements for software components and solutions.
      • Develop architectural standards, methodologies and practices; guide team members and stakeholders on their usage.
      • Delegate tasks, provide mentoring, and perform cross-training of other team members.
